Our warranty policy is designed to ensure that any manufacturing defect is resolved quickly and fairly, so you can continue enjoying clean, healthy water with confidence.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not perform as expected, we will gladly make it right.
Within the first 14 days of receiving your order, we provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs for the replacement item.
After 14 days, replacement requests are still accepted; however, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility for the exchange or replacement.
This coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not include damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as filter cartridges.
To ensure transparency and peace of mind, each TRU product includes the following limited warranty coverage:
TRU Spigot: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
TRU SSWLVS: 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
TRU Tote: 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
TRU Shower Filter: 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
