Our goal is to make the shipping process transparent and reliable from the moment you place your order to the day your package arrives.
Order Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Processing time may vary slightly during holidays, high-volume periods, or in the event of inventory delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time within the United States is 5–7 business days.
Customers located near Nevada may receive their packages within 1–3 days, while some deliveries may take up to 7–10 days in case of carrier delays or weather interruptions.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders through UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery options available.
If you have a preferred carrier, you may request it during checkout by leaving a note in the “Order Notes (optional)” field. While we do our best to accommodate carrier requests, final selection may depend on package weight, size, and destination.
Return-to-Sender (RTS) Packages
If a package is marked “Return to Sender” (RTS) due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, our team will verify when it arrives back at our warehouse.
If the package has not yet been returned, we may ask you to contact us again once it’s delivered back to our facility.
Once received, we’ll verify your shipping address and provide the reshipping cost before sending it back out to you.
To help prevent delivery issues, please double-check your address at checkout for accuracy and confirm that your chosen carrier delivers to your location.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, so we allow cancellations within one hour of placing your order.
The phone number used to contact us must match the number on the order for security reasons.
If the number does not match, the customer must email sales@truwaterfilters.com from the address used at checkout to request cancellation.
Our team will place the order on hold until written confirmation is received and document all communication in your order notes.
If a tracking number has already been assigned, we will attempt to stop the shipment.
To do this, our fulfillment team will complete a “Stop Orders From Being Printed” request.
If the package is still awaiting shipment, it may be canceled immediately without additional approval.
